Jayil Fresh supplies fresh and IQF frozen berries to customers across the EAEU, Europe and Asia. Our founders have worked in Kyrgyz berry sourcing and export since 2008, and the company now operates its own processing and cold storage complex in the Chui Valley.
We serve retail packers, food manufacturers, HoReCa distributors and wholesalers. Every shipment carries full documentation, traceable sourcing and unbroken temperature control from the field to the receiving dock.
Individually quick frozen to preserve natural taste, texture, colour and nutritional value. Every position is supplied against a written specification.

High-acid, high-pigment fruit for juices, purées, fillings and colour-driven applications.
Mechanically pitted and inspected for bakery, dairy and beverage manufacturing.

Harvested after the first frosts, when acidity and oil content peak, for functional beverages, purées and nutraceuticals.
Flexible formats for retail, bakery, dairy, beverages, desserts and industrial food manufacturing.
Individually frozen whole fruit, with calibre and defect tolerances set per specification. The berries stay separate for dosing without thawing. Suited to retail packing, bakery inclusions, dairy toppings and visible-fruit desserts.
Broken and off-calibre fruit from the same raw material and lines, frozen to the same standard. A lower cost per kilogram for jams, fillings, yoghurt bases, juices, smoothies and industrial processing.
Field-harvested fruit moved into the cold chain within hours and delivered refrigerated. Raspberry runs July–October and blackcurrant July–September; wider availability is confirmed per order.
